Attending a Performance

We are thrilled you've decided to come join us for a STAGE production! To get the best STAGE experience possible, we recommend you look over the following sections so you are prepared for our performance.

Verify Venue and Dates

Before coming, verify the venue and dates on the website. We will first announce the dates and locations prior to any tickets going on sale. If there are any date adjustments made to our performance schedules, they will be made before the tickets go on sale. Please verify you are purchasing your tickets for the correct date.

We include directions from nearby major roadways to get to any venue that we utilize. If you are unfamiliar with the area, please use the provided resources on that show's page to plan your travel time accordingly.

Open Seating

Unless otherwise specified, all STAGE productions are general admission. If you have a ticket, you will be guaranteed a seat for the show; however, we recommend you arrive early to ensure the best possible seating. The house doors typically open 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the show with Will Call opening 1 hour prior to the beginning of the show.

Late Arrivals

Due to the nature of our productions, we cannot guarantee any seating to latecomers to our shows. All patrons are advised of this in advance and we strongly encourage anyone attending our shows to plan for an appropriate travel time.

On each show page is a recommended minimum age for that particular production. Certain productions may have older age recommendations, which will clearly be displayed. On each show page we will also advise you of the reasons for these age restrictions. While you may bring children who are under the recommended age, no refunds will be given if you decide later that the content is not suitable for them. Under no circumstances may any children be left unattended during any performance.

Cell Phones

All cell phones must be turned off or put on silent before entering our venues; no exceptions.

Photography and Video Recording

There is strictly no photography or video recording during any of our performances.

Dress Code

There is no dress code for our shows; however, we suggest that you dress appropriately for the weather when you travel.
